  2. I was wondering if there was someone who could help me. I was doing running today in school and I will admit that I haven’t done running for a while. My thigh start to hurt and ache. I got home and now my thigh doesn’t hurt but the back of my hip and a little higher does. Basically from my left kidney and below. I drunk some soda and it started hurting again. It hurts to move. It’s like a sharpish achey pain. I don’t have a good diet (crisps, chocolate, but I drink orange juice :p)

I edit at a magazine and sitting at a desk all day kills my back…After putting a pillow behind my lower back for years I finally bought an ergonomic belt last month that a friend recommended called the SIT4EVR. It took a little getting used but now has totally erased my back pain. I think I need a new mattress too though!!

  23. yesterday i went walking for fun about 10-15 kilometers, i usually don’t do stuff like that. and now my legs and back hurts like hell. if i lay down it doesnt hurt my back so much but when sitting or moving it feels horrible
